1. Request
The requester should provide origin/destination, equipment type, dimensions, weight, schedule, loading/unloading, permit, escort and insurance requirements where relevant.
2. Quotation
The quote states price, VAT, timing, waiting terms and included services. Incorrect dimensions/weight/site information may require repricing.
3. Operations
After acceptance, a transport job records driver, vehicle/trailer, permits, tracking and Awarded/Scheduled/Dispatched/In Transit/Delivered/Completed statuses.
4. Permits and safety
The transport provider remains responsible for licenses, permits and safety rules applicable to the trip/cargo, while the customer must provide accurate information and suitable site access.
5. Extras
Waiting, escort, permit, crane, extra-distance and similar charges must be documented and approved through the Platform workflow where approval is required.
