1. Purchase inquiry
When sale mode is enabled, a customer may submit an inquiry for an asset listed as “Sale” or “Rent & Sale”. An inquiry expresses interest and is not itself a title-transfer contract.
2. Price
A displayed sale price may be asking/indicative. The final price is the amount approved in the final offer/agreement.
3. Inspection
Buyers should inspect the asset and verify identity/serial number, condition, records and documents before completion and may use an independent technical inspector.
4. Ownership and rights
The vendor warrants the right to sell and must disclose material liens, restrictions or third-party rights. RentX does not itself transfer title.
5. Transfer and delivery
Registration, insurance, transport and title formalities depend on asset type, competent authority and party agreement. Payment alone does not replace any legally required title-transfer process.
6. Warranty
Any warranty must be expressly stated in the offer/contract. No unstated warranty is assumed for used assets, without limiting mandatory disclosure/statutory rights.
